निर्वाचन आयोग द्वारा राष्ट्रीय मतदाता जागरूकता प्रतियोगिता- 'मेरा वोट मेरा भविष्य है- एक वोट की शक्ति' को दोहराने के लिए आज संत टेरेसा बालिका उच्च विद्यालय दुमका में कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया। उक्त कार्यक्रम में  जिला निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी-सह-उपायुक्त दुमका के द्वारा जानकारी दी गई कि National Voter Awareness Contest के तहत राष्ट्रीय मतदाता दिवस, 2022 के अवसर पर भारत निर्वाचन आयोग द्वारा प्रथम राष्ट्रीय मतदाता जागरूकता प्रतियोगिता शुरू की गई है। हर एक मत के महत्व को विभिन्न रचनात्मक माध्यमों से समझाने के उद्देश्य से *_इसका थीम:- मेरा मत मेरा भविष्य है- एक वोट की शक्ति ("My Vote is My Future – Power of One Vote") निर्धारित किया गया है। इस दौरान उपायुक्त ने बच्चो को संविधान के बारे में अवगत कराया।

_* स्वीप के तहत् राष्ट्रीय मतदाता जागरूकता प्रतियोगिता लोगों की प्रतिभा एवं रचनात्मकता को प्रदर्शित करने के साथ-साथ उनकी सक्रिय सहभागिता से लोकतंत्र को मजबूत करने का प्रयास है। यह प्रतियोगिता सभी आयुवर्ग के लोगों के लिए है तथा सभी की सहभागिता से लोकतंत्र में एक मत के महत्व को प्रदर्शित करने वाले विचारों एवं सामग्रियों को प्रदर्शित करने का माध्यम है। इस मौके पर जिला निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी ने कहा कि दुमका जिले में प्रतिभा की कमी नहीं है, आएये इस प्रतियोगिता में बढ़-चढ़कर हिस्सा लेते हुए पुरस्कार जीतकर जिला को गौरव प्रदान करें।

● प्रतियोगिता को लेकर महत्वपूर्ण जानकारियां निम्नांकित हैं- 

1. प्रतियोगिता का थीम- एक वोट की शक्ति ("My Vote is My Future - Power of One Vote")

2. प्रतियोगिता पांच कोटियों में विभाजित है :- क्विज प्रतियोगिता, स्लोग्न प्रतियोगिता, गीत प्रतियोगिता, वीडियो निर्माण प्रतियोगिता एवं पोस्टर डिजाईन प्रतियोगिता।

3. प्रतियोगिता में तीन स्तर हैं:- Institutional Categories, Professional Category, Amateur Category

4. भारत निर्वाचन आयोग द्वारा उक्त सभी प्रतियोगिता में नगद पुरस्कार प्रदान किया जाएगा जिसकी विस्तृत विवरणी ecisveep.nic.in/contest पर देखा जा सकता है।

5. प्रतियोगिता के विजेताओं का निर्णय भारत निर्वाचन आयोग द्वारा चयनित निर्णायक मंडल द्वारा किया जाएगा।

6. भारत निर्वाचन आयोग के स्वीप के वेवसाईट ecisveep.nic.in/contest पर प्रतियोगिता से संबंधित विस्तृत विवरण देखा जा सकता है।

7. प्रतियोगिता में भाग लेने हेतु प्रतिभागियों को अपने नाम तथा प्रतियोगिता की कोटि के साथ अपनी प्रविष्टि को votercontest@eci.gov.in पर ईमेल करना होगा।

8. क्विज प्रतियोगिता में भाग लेने हेतु प्रतिभागियों को प्रतियोगिता के वेवसाईट पर निबंधन कराना होगा।

9. सभी प्रविष्टियां दिनांक 15/03/2022 तक प्रतिभागी की विवरणी सहित ईमेल आईडी votercontest@eci.gov.in पर भेजी जा सकती हैं।

● पांच कोटियों में विभाजित प्रतियोगिता में विजेताओं को नगद पुरस्कार प्रदान किया जाएगा। जिसकी विस्तृत जानकारी निम्नवत है-

(a) Quiz Contest- 3 Levels (Easy, Intermediate & Difficult)

Prize- The winners get exciting ECI merchandise and badges. All participants will receive e-certificate upon the completion of all three levels of the contest.

(b) Slogan Contest- Participate in the contest and weave your words into a catchy slogan on the above theme to inspire others. 

Prize- First Prize-Rs 20,000.00, Second Prize-Rs 10,000.00, Third Prize-Rs7,500.00,Special mention Award-  Rs 2,000.00 each to be given to fifty participants

(c) Song Contest- The Song Contest is aimed at harnessing the talent and potential of creative minds through the medium of a song in any form including classical, Contemporary, Rap, etc. Participants can create and share original compositions on the above theme. Artists & singers may use any musical instrument of their choice. The song duration must not exceed 3 minutes.

1. Institutional(First Prize-Rs1,00,000, Second Prize- Rs50,000  Third Prize- Rs30,000, Special mention Rs 15,000)  

2. Professional-(First Prize-Rs50,000, Second Prize- Rs30,000  Third Prize- Rs20,000, Special mention Rs 10,000)    

 

3. Amateur- (First Prize-Rs20,000, Second Prize- Rs10,000  Third Prize- Rs7,500, Special mention Rs 3,000)    

(d) Video Making Contest- Video Making Contest Provides an opportunity to all camera lovers to create a video that celebrates the diversity & festivity of Indian Elections. Apart from the main theme of the contest, the following themes can also be explored by the participants: Importance of informed & Ethical Voting (Inducement Free Voting) and Power of Vote: Depicting Importance of voting for Women, Persons with Disabilities, Senior Citizens, Young & First Time Voters. Participants shall create a video on any one of the above themes and the video shall be of one-minute duration only.

1. Institutional(First Prize-Rs 2,00,000, Second Prize- Rs1,00,000  Third Prize- Rs 75,000, Special mention Rs 30,000)  

2. Professional- (First Prize-Rs50,000, Second Prize- Rs30,000  Third Prize- Rs20,000, Special mention Rs 10,000)    

 

3. Amateur- (First Prize-Rs30,000, Second Prize- Rs 20,000  Third Prize- Rs10,000, Special mention Rs 5,000)

Entries for the video, song & slogan contest can be given in any official language as per the Eighth Schedule of the Indian Constitution.

 

(e) Poster Design Contest- This contest is for art and design enthusiasts who would create thought-provoking posters on the contest theme Participants can submit a digital poster, sketch, or hand painted poster on the theme.
