अ०ज०जा० एवं अल्पसंख्यक एवं पिछड़ा वर्ग कल्याण विभाग के सौजन्य से कुमारदुधानी में नव निर्मित आर्चरी एकेडमी दुमका का लोकार्पण माननीया मंत्री समाज कल्याण विभाग डॉ लुईस मरांडी के कर कमलों द्वारा एवं उपायुक्त दुमका राजेश्वरी बी की गरिमामयी उपस्थित में सम्पन्न हुई। कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत समाज कल्याण मंत्री डॉ लुईस मरांडी ने दीप प्रज्वलित कर किया। उन्होंने कहा कि आर्चरी एकेडमी को समय से पूरा किया गया है। आर्चरी एकेडमी से गांव के बच्चों में उत्सुकता बढ़ेगी कि इसमें किस तरह की ट्रेनिंग होती है। इसे देखने भी आयेंगे। उनमें प्रशिक्षण के लिए ललक होगी। इससे अधिक से अधिक लोग प्रभावित होकर इसका लाभ लेंगे और दुमका के साथ साथ राज्य का भी नाम रौशन होगा। उन्होंने कहा कि दूसरे जगह की अपेक्षा दुमका के आर्चरी एकेडमी में अधिक सुविधाएं उपलब्ध हैं। आने वाले समय में इसका लाभ देखने को मिलेगा। उन्होंने कहा कि दुमका जिला के ग्रामीण क्षेत्र के बच्चों को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी।
इस मौके पर दुमका की उपायुक्त राजेश्वरी बी ने कहा कि आज जिला प्रशासन के लिए विशेष दिन है। उन्होंने कहा कि माननीया मंत्री जी एवं जिला प्रशासन के प्रयास से यह एकेडमी बनकर तैयार हुआ है। यह अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर का एकेडमी दुमका जिला में बनाया गया है। उन्होंने कहा कि इस इंस्टिट्यूट से कई बच्चों का भविष्य उज्जवल होगा। यहां के बच्चे देश में ही नहीं बल्कि विदेशों में भी अपना नाम कमाएंगे। यहां से प्रशिक्षण लेने वाले बच्चे जिला और राज्य का नाम रौशन करेंगे। इसके लिए उन्होंने सभी संबंधित अधिकारियों का आभार व्यक्त किया।
इस अवसर पर उप विकास आयुक्त वरुण रंजन भी अपनी बात रखी।
इस अवसर पर प्रशिक्षु आईएएस अभिजीत कुमार, जिला प्रशासन के वरीय अधिकारी के साथ-साथ बड़ी संख्या में प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त करने वाले छात्र-छात्रा उपस्थित थे।
